Buy dresses. The more girly the better. 50s style dresses are very popular especially those with the bell skirts. Petticoats are a must. The look is all about looking sweet and innocent like a princess. a floral dress is a good starting point.
Hime gyarus always wear make up but its quite a simple look. All that is needed is foundation black liquid eyeliner, mascara, false lashes, circle lenses and a pink lipgloss.
Shoes should be girly so anything pink or pastel coloured. Or footwear with bows flowers, leopard print etc. Flats can be worn but heels are generally preferred. And dolly shoes are very popular.
Hair acessories should always be worn. Flowers and big bows are the norm. But anything girly or princess like can be worn. Tiaras are acceptable as long as they're not too big.
Nail should be decorated in pastels or pink and decorated with flowers bows or embellishment. For the more adventurous girls 3d nails can be worn.
