Merry Xmas Everyone!

Well its now Xmas Eve - yay!!! I love this time of year when everyone is soo full of christmas cheer. My kids are super excited and I'm super thankful. 2010 has been a very good year. This time last year I wasn't in a good place. I was living miles away from my family in a place I hated. How much things have turned around. I'm now back near my family in a place I love and in a house I adore.

And who would have thought that I would be a fully fledged blogger with a growing group of loyal followers. Blogging has brought so much joy to my life and i'm forever thankful. It has introduced me to some super wonderful people from all over the world and brought opportunities I would never have thought possible. When I started I thought I would be lucky if I had ten people reading my blog and now i have over 400 followers and 300 subscribers and a blog deemed good enough to join ultra selective Handpicked Media. I am blessed. So most of all I want to say a HUGE thankyou to you guys - my readers. Merry Xmas and I hope you all have a wonderful New Year :)

And a special thankyou goes to Vahni of Grit and Glamour for giving me a 'most supportive blogger' award in her blogger awards. I'm in such good company and feel very thrilled and priviliged.

The last thing i'd like to say is that I've long been searching for a place for UK fashion bloggers to meet and chat as most blogging communities seemed aimed at the U.S. So i've started my own. For the time being it will run from my blog but eventually i'll create a stand alone site for it. Check out the pages on joining at the top of my blog and I've also added a UKFB forum for chats and discussions.

Anyway I'm off to get on with wrapping pressies and such stuff but i'll be back on boxing day :)
