Martha Sitwell is in my opinion a style icon in the making.
Who is she?
Thirteen years ago, she was a punk living rough. And now she’s a 21st century aristocrat who looks like a 1940’s pre-war screen siren. Wife of Sir George baronet an eco-property developer who is the grandson of sir sacheverell. She takes style inspiration from the Hollywood greats Jean Harlow, Greta Garbo and Veronica Lake. And of course with her vintage style she was a close friend of the late, great Isabella Blow. She lives in Vivienne Westwood frocks, Philip treacy hats and adores the fabulously decadent garments of the late fashion genius Alexander McQueen. She has so much grace and vintage style i would love to own her wardrobe.
And now she’s set up her own label Sitwell & Whippet with jewellery designer Philippa Howard designing some very stylish saddlewear.
