Ethical Pin Up Girl Style

So far in my ethical fashion journey I've been amazed at the quality of designs and the sheer variety that is out there. The brands may not be household names but if you do a little research you can look good while shopping ethically and it doesn't have to cost a small fortune either.

Today I'm going to introduce you all to a brand that's a little different. Tara Starlet are a mother and daughter team who create ethical clothing in the rockabilly/Pin up girl style. They've combined their love for 40s/50s style and combined that with their desire to look after our planet and all who live on it. They're inspired by silver screen sirens like the inimitable Audrey Hepbun and the blonde bombshell Marilyn Monroe.

The collection comprises of vintage style dresses, amazing playsuits, full skirts, beautiful blouses and stunning shorts. They recycle and reinvent and their carbon footprint is low as the garments are produced in London. They add an authentic touch to their clothing with their collection of original 40s/50s trimmings and buttons. They are affordable too. Take a look at these lovely beauties and then hop on over to their website and take a look for yourself.
