London Fashion Week Day 2–Jaeger, Olivia Palermo & Susie Bubble

This day rocked!!! I started off at the Esthetica brunch. Esthetica showcases some of the brightest designers in sustainable fashion design though I was dismayed to discover so much real fur in the collections there was also a whole host of truly ingenious designs. I met up with my twitter friend Vanessa for this and it was lovely to finally meet her and we actually ended up spending the whole day together. It was supposed to be a brunch but we actually only each had a mini muffin lol.

After this event we ventured over to the BFC Show Area which was a surreal experience. In this area they Had a Mac media lounge and a Toni & Guy Blow Dry Bar where yes you guessed it you could get your hair and makeup done as long as your willing to wait a few days lol.

We then made our way into the Jaeger show. This was my favourite part as the show was amazing. We actually spotted T$ presenter Jameela Jamil both before we went in and when we were watching the show. Olivia Palermo was also present looking really amazing with super clear skin. Jaeger had everything a modern woman could possible want for Winter and I loved the palette of colours ranging from statement black to brightest orange.

Aren’t they amazing? Wearable and Chic!

Next it was onto Topshops Blogging master class where the inimitable Susie Bubble was speaking. It was a great workshop and very intimate with only around 50 or so bloggers there. I finally got to meet another twitter friend Hayley of LondonBeautyQueen. Yay!!! I was just a few inches from Susie but way too shy to talk to her. I’m such a coward sometimes.

So that was my LFW experience exciting but exhausting. I was aching all over by the end of it. But still I can’t wait to do it all again in September.

  3. Oh how exciting!! Wish I'd been there. Great that you were close enough to get some pics, and also to hear the inimitable Susie Bubble!

I think I have to make sure I get to New York next Feb for the IFB conference.

  4. Oh, I wish I was in London now. Thank you for this coverage, I feel like I'm there. Susie is so lovely and down to earth. I asked her a question at the IFB conference in New York and she is sweet as pie. I admire her work ethic very much as well.
